In March 2009 the COMET-Jury recommended the funding of four K-Project consortia:

·         FB - Future Building in the field of structural engineering and architecture

·         HFA - timber - Timber in materials, Building and Environmental Research

·         TEXTILES - Textiles Sports

·         ZPT - K project for non-destructive testing and tomography

The federal government will provide about EUR 4.7 million for funding, the provinces’ contribution is about EUR 2.4 million. The total costs for all approved K-Projects amount to EUR 16 million. The maximum duration of the projects is 5 years.
