Regional Ministry for Industry, Commerce and Innovation - CICI
CICI is the Ministry for Industry, Commerce and Innovation of the Regional Government of the Valencian Community, an autonomous Region of Spain. CICI was created in July 2007 and is in charge of the direction and execution of the Autonomous Government of Valencia's policies in matters relating to industry, mining industry, craft industry, commerce, consumption, quality, technological research and innovation.
The Direction General for Industry and Innovation: is in charge of matters relating to industry, enterprise, industrial security, mining industry, industrial research and innovation and is in charge of the co-ordination of the Technological Institutes.
An important part of the programmes aiming at promoting the Innovation in SME's are managed by IMPIVA, the Agency for the Small and Medium Sized Industry of the Region owned by CICI.
